The follow-up we will do is very close, I will be available to you on whatsaap if you have any questions. The frequency of appointments is determined between us according to your need, without changing the value of your plan. In the first consultation I will get to know you and understand your goal, your habits, your routine and preferences. If so, we will discuss your training period and laboratory exams. In 1 week I am sending you your meal plan and take all your doubts. Then, we will monitor your adherence to the meal plan, making the necessary adjustments to your routine in order to achieve your goal.
